Dealyoo Return Policy

At Dealyoo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, our return policy makes it easy to process a return or exchange.

1. Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items purchased from Dealyoo.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it.
  • Unused and in the original packaging.
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., underwear).
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

5. Exchanges

6. Return Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: info@dealyoo.com . Please note that shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

8. Refund Processing Time

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds will be credited back to the original card used for the purchase within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • Bank Transfers: Refunds for purchases made via bank transfer will be processed within 7-14 business days.
  • Store Credit: If you choose to receive store credit instead of a refund, the credit will be applied to your Dealyoo account within 3 business days after the return is processed.

9. Partial Refunds

In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.

10. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.

11. Return Instructions

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

  3. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.

For international returns, customers are responsible for shipping costs, duties, and taxes. Please ensure that the returned package is clearly marked as "Returned Goods" to avoid additional customs charges.
